- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 8 slices bread
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 beat flour, milk, salt, melted butter, and egg yolks together.
- 2 fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- 3 dip bread slices into mixture.
- 4 fry in 3 tablespoons butter until golden.
