Cinnamon Toast Love Letters

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons caster sugar
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
• 4 slices bread
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 mix caster sugar and cinnamon together well.
• 2 toast bread.
• 3 butter it immediately while still hot and sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon.
• 4 cut each slice in two. this gives you 8 equal-sized pieces, one for each letter.
• 5 using a sharp knife place each piece on a chopping board and carefully cut out individual letters, trying to make them as even as possible. which ones? i l o v e y o and u of course!
• 6 arrange on a plate and serve.
