Moroccan Bread - Khobz

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix ½ cup flour, salt, yeast and water.
  • 2 you can add ½ teaspoon sugar to activate the yeast effectiveness faster.
  • 3 cover and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before using it.
  • 4 add the remaining flour and oil.
  • 5 mix and knead, the dough should be firm and smooth.
