French Toast

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package equal sugar substitute
  • 4 slices low-calorie bread
  • pam cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 spray griddle/or pan with pam.
  • 2 mix all ingredients except bread.
  • 3 beat with wire whisk so that sugar is incorporated into mixture.
  • 4 dip bread into mixture and then brown on both sides.
  • 5 serve with sugar free maple syrup or topping of choice.
