Ginger Garlic Bread

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice peeled fresh gingerroot, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 baguette, 12 inch

Recipe

  • 1 in a small food processor or blender puree the the garlic and ginger with the butter until smooth.
  • 2 cut the baguette lengthwise; spread butter mixture on both cut sides; broil 4" away from heat source until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
