Cuban Bread

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or wheat)
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup hot water

Recipe

  • 1 mix 2 c flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. pour in water and beat 100 strokes (3 minutes with mixer).
  • 2 stir in remaining flour until no longer sticky.
