- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or wheat)
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup hot water
Recipe
- 1 mix 2 c flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. pour in water and beat 100 strokes (3 minutes with mixer).
- 2 stir in remaining flour until no longer sticky.
