Only One Vegan Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 3 very ripe bananas, smooshy-fied
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk, mixed with
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f spray a 8x4 bread pan with cooking spray or lightly oil.
  • 2 sift flour, baking soda, salt and spices together.
  • 3 cream the margarine and sugars.
  • 4 add bananas, soy milk and vanilla.
  • 5 add the wet ingredients to the dry.
  • 6 mix til combined.
  • 7 pour batter into pan.
  • 8 bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
