Only One Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 3 very ripe bananas, smooshy-fied
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk, mixed with
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f spray a 8x4 bread pan with cooking spray or lightly oil.
- 2 sift flour, baking soda, salt and spices together.
- 3 cream the margarine and sugars.
- 4 add bananas, soy milk and vanilla.
- 5 add the wet ingredients to the dry.
- 6 mix til combined.
- 7 pour batter into pan.
- 8 bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
