Ice Cream Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 pint ice cream, softened (2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

Recipe

  • 1 stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. spoon batter into a greased and floured 8x4 inches loaf pan.
  • 2 bake at 350f for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.
