Ingredients
- Servings: 18
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sweet basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a large bowl, till well blended.
- 2 roll mixture into balls and fry in a small amount of oil on high until the outsides are browned, but not cooked through.
- 3 turn heat down to low and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes.
- 4 cool before serving.
- 5 store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
