French Toast Corners

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 cut each slice of bread twice diagonally to make each slice into 4 triangles.
  • 2 beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • 3 dip the bread slices into egg mixture.
  • 4 heat butter over medium-high heat in a frying pan or skillet.
  • 5 cook bread until golden brown.
  • 6 serve warm with your favorite topping.
