Ingredients
- 3 -4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- low-fat mayonnaise or miracle whip
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 green olives, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 cook the bacon acording to label on package.
- 2 while the bacon is cooking, toast the bread.
- 3 spread the mayo/miracle whip on both slices of toast.
- 4 put bacon on toast.
- 5 put tomato on bacon, and lettuce on tomato.
- 6 cut sandwich in half.
- 7 place a toothpick with olive in each half. (optional).
