Diet Right B.l.t.

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 -4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • low-fat mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 green olives, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 cook the bacon acording to label on package.
  • 2 while the bacon is cooking, toast the bread.
  • 3 spread the mayo/miracle whip on both slices of toast.
  • 4 put bacon on toast.
  • 5 put tomato on bacon, and lettuce on tomato.
  • 6 cut sandwich in half.
  • 7 place a toothpick with olive in each half. (optional).
