Ingredients
- 1 kg flour (one package)
- 550 ml water (lukewarm)
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 30 -50 g yeast
Recipe
- 1 add water to half of the flour.
- 2 mix 1 minute.
- 3 add crumbled yeast.
- 4 mix 5 minutes.
- 5 add salt and 2 tablespoon olive oil.
- 6 mix 1 minute.
- 7 add second part of flour.
- 8 mix 3 minutes.
- 9 add 3 tablespoon oil.
- 10 mix until dough separates form the walls.
- 11 dived into 2 portions.
- 12 let rise at least 30 minutes for pizza or 1 1/2 hours for bread.
- 13 ready to use or to bake.
- 14 now you can use both or freeze one portion. or you make one pizza and one bread!
