Pizza Dough

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour (one package)
  • 550 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 30 -50 g yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add water to half of the flour.
  • 2 mix 1 minute.
  • 3 add crumbled yeast.
  • 4 mix 5 minutes.
  • 5 add salt and 2 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 6 mix 1 minute.
  • 7 add second part of flour.
  • 8 mix 3 minutes.
  • 9 add 3 tablespoon oil.
  • 10 mix until dough separates form the walls.
  • 11 dived into 2 portions.
  • 12 let rise at least 30 minutes for pizza or 1 1/2 hours for bread.
  • 13 ready to use or to bake.
  • 14 now you can use both or freeze one portion. or you make one pizza and one bread!
