- 1/4 sage, dried
- 1/4 savory (parsley will do)
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 process in food processor.
- 3 spread on silpat lined jelly roll pan and bake 5 minutes.
- 4 dredge protien in egg. then oat mixture.
- 5 place on silpat lined sheet and bake according to need.
