Mandarin Orange Bread

Ingredients
- 4 eggs 
- 1 1/2 cups sugar 
- 2 1/2 cups flour 
- 2 teaspoons salt 
- 2 teaspoons baking soda 
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats 
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, undrained 
- 1 (3 ounce) package orange gelatin 
- 1 cup nuts, chopped 
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine the eggs and sugar. 
- 2 beat until light and fluffy,about 2 minutes. 
- 3 in a small bowl sift together the flour, salt,and baking soda. 
- 4 add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until smooth. 
- 5 add the remaining ingredients and mix well. 
- 6 spoon into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. 
- 7 bake at 325-degrees for 1 hour. 
- 8 remove from pans immediately. 
- 9 let stand for 24 hours before slicing.
