Heloise’s Olive Nut Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened 
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 
- 1 cup black olives, chopped 
- 2 tablespoons olive juice 
-  pepper, to taste 
Recipe
- 1 let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. mash with a fork and add mayonnaise. 
- 2 add chopped pecans, olives and olive juice. stir well. 
- 3 add pepper to taste. 
- 4 the mixture should be mushy. 
- 5 store in pint jars for 24 to 48 hours. it will thicken.
