Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb mushroom
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 6 slices bread, toasted
Recipe
- 1 clean and slice mushrooms.
- 2 saute in hot butter for 2 minutes over hight heat.
- 3 remove from heat.
- 4 add marjarum, nutmet, lemon juice, salt& pepper.
- 5 place over low heat, add sour cream.
- 6 heat but do not let it come to a boil.
- 7 serve over sliced toast.
