Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 slice weight watchers bread
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1/3 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 place green pepper and chili powder into microwaveable safe bowl.
  • 2 place ½ cup egg creations into bowl.
  • 3 toast the bread and cut into cubes and place on egg mixture.
  • 4 microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until egg is set.
