- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 place green pepper and chili powder into microwaveable safe bowl.
- 2 place ½ cup egg creations into bowl.
- 3 toast the bread and cut into cubes and place on egg mixture.
- 4 microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until egg is set.
