Pita Snack

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 small mini whole wheat pita bread
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup whipped light cottage cheese
  • 3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 split open pitas.
  • 2 heat in microwave for 10 seconds.
  • 3 spread some cottage cheese on pita.
  • 4 top with sliced bananas.
  • 5 sprinkle splenda and cinnamon.
  • 6 place top back on pita.
  • 7 place in toaster oven or broiler for about 2-3 minutes.
  • 8 serve and enjoy.
