Raisin & Yoghurt Loaf

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 700 ml flour
  • 600 ml rye flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 ml raisins
  • 150 ml syrup
  • 700 ml yoghurt

Recipe

  • 1 mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 add syrup and yoghurt, mix thoroughly.
  • 3 grease 2 loaf-pans and sprinkle a little flour over the greased pan.
  • 4 divide the dough in half and put in pan.
  • 5 pat the top slightly otherwise the loaf might split on the top.
  • 6 bake in 175 c for 1 hour.
