Ingredients
- 700 ml flour
- 600 ml rye flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 150 ml raisins
- 150 ml syrup
- 700 ml yoghurt
Recipe
- 1 mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 add syrup and yoghurt, mix thoroughly.
- 3 grease 2 loaf-pans and sprinkle a little flour over the greased pan.
- 4 divide the dough in half and put in pan.
- 5 pat the top slightly otherwise the loaf might split on the top.
- 6 bake in 175 c for 1 hour.
