Pumpkin Corn Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 8 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together in an 8x8 baking dish.
  • 3 bake for 30 minutes.
  • 4 let cool for 10-20 minutes before serving.
