Nana's Pull-apart Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk, warmed to 105 to 115 degrees
- 1 cup butter, divided
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package dry yeast
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 melt 1/2 cup butter and add to milk.
- 2 stir in sugar, salt and yeast until dissolved.
- 3 place flour in large bowl.
- 4 make a well and pour in liquid.
- 5 stir until blended.
- 6 cover and let rise until doubled, 1 hour or longer.
- 7 turn dough on floured surface and roll until 1/4 inch thick.
- 8 cut into 3 inch squares.
- 9 dip each square in remaining melted butter.
- 10 layer squares in 10-inch tube pan.
- 11 let rise until doubled.
- 12 bake 30-40 minutes at 350°f.
