Greek Chickpea & Tuna Pitas

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 0.5 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon celery, diced
- 3 -4 large scallions, diced
- 4 pita bread
Recipe
- 1 mix the ingredients together for the dressing, set aside.
- 2 stir the chickpeas, tuna, parsley, celery, & scallions together in a bowl. pour over the dressing, mix well.
- 3 stuff each pita with equal amounts of the tuna mixture.
