Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 55 ml milk
- nutmeg
- sugar
- 1 loaf bread
- butter
Recipe
- 1 in a plate or bowl, mix the egg, milk, 2 pinches of nutmeg and 2 pinches of sugar.
- 2 in a frying pan, melt the butter and sprinkle some sugar on top of it.
- 3 cut the loaf in peices, and dip them in the mixture until soaked.
- 4 fry the pieces of bread until golden brown.
