Rina's Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 loaf bread
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Recipe

  • 1 peel potatoes, chop into cubes, and boil until fork tender. drain and rinse under cold water.
  • 2 meanwhile, dip each slice of bread briefly in a bowl of water, squeeze (should be moist, but not dripping) and break up into a large bowl.
  • 3 add onions, potatoes, and seasonings (to taste) together and toss.
  • 4 drizzle oil on top and mix well.
  • 5 refrigerate overnight. stuff into turkey's body cavity just before roasting.
