Overnight French Toast

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices french bread (3/4-inch thick)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Recipe

  • 1 arrange bread in a 9x12 pan.
  • 2 beat eggs; blend in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 pour mixture over bread; turning slices to coat evenly.
  • 4 refrigerate overnight.
  • 5 fry in skillet over medium heat.
