Hot Brie With Pear And Almonds

Ingredients

- 4 ounces brie round (about 4 inches in diameter)
- 1 ripe pear, cored
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- french bread
Recipe
- 1 cut top rind from the brie.
- 2 put in small flameproof dish.
- 3 cur a thin round crosswise from widest part of pear.
- 4 center on the brie.
- 5 top it and surrounding brie with almonds.
- 6 broil 4 - 5 minutes or until brie is soft.
- 7 transfer to platter.
- 8 cut reserved pear into thin rounds and serve with this plus french bread slices.
