Pizza

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 ounce yeast (i like the fleischmann's pizza crust yeast)
  • 1 cup warm water

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl put flour, sugar, olive oils and salt.
  • 2 make a hole in the middle to put the yeast.
  • 3 pour the warm water on top of the yeast.
  • 4 mix it with a spoon and then use your hands to kneel it really well (about 5 minutes of work).
  • 5 divide the dough in 2 equal parts.
  • 6 fold the dough 5 times and form 2 balls.
  • 7 spread olive oil around them and arrange them on a plate.
  • 8 cover the plate with cling leave it overnight inside the fridge.
  • 9 next day or at least 3 hours you can use it. open it on a perforated pizza pan. sauce and toppings as you wish.
  • 10 bake it at 450º f for 10 minutes.
