Meatless Balls

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs.butternut squash
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 cups peanut oil

Recipe

  • 1 run squash and salt in food processor squeeze squash to remove excess water. add remaining ingredients and mix well. form into balls and fry until golden brown.
