- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mint
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 cups peanut oil
Recipe
- 1 run squash and salt in food processor squeeze squash to remove excess water. add remaining ingredients and mix well. form into balls and fry until golden brown.
