Low Carb Bread (delicious)

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flax seed meal (ground flax seed)
  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon artifical artificial sweetener (or to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300.
  • 2 grease a loaf pan lighty.
  • 3 mix the dry ingredients is a medium bowl.
  • 4 in a small bowl whisk the eggs then add milk, vinagar and splenda.
  • 5 combine with dry ingredients.
  • 6 shape into 3x6 loaf if your loaf pan is bigger, just shape and place in middle of the pan.
  • 7 bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a thin knife comes clean.
