Insainly Sweet Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup sifted flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup butter
• 4 eggs, no blood
• 4 -5 overripe bananas
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mash bananas.
• 2 separate egg and egg yolk.
• 3 cream butter and vanilla.
• 4 beat egg until stiff; beat in sugar until dissolved, then add yolks.
• 5 fold in creamed butter to egg mixture and mix until smooth.
• 6 add in mashed banana, then the flour and baking soda.
• 7 bake for 1 hour on 350 f oven or gas mark 4.
• 8 you can add cashews and/or pecans and honey on top and in the mix.
