Hot Artichoke And Spinach Dip

Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and coarsley chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach (chopped or steamed and drained)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup romano cheese (or you could use all parmesan)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
- 3 cream together the mayonnaise, parmesan and romano cheeses, garlic, basil and garlic salt. mix well.
- 4 add artichoke hearts and spinach. mix until blended.
- 5 spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. pour in the dip and top with the mozzarella.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
- 7 serve with toasted bread or tortilla chips.
