Hot Artichoke And Spinach Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and coarsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach (chopped or steamed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese (or you could use all parmesan)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
  • 3 cream together the mayonnaise, parmesan and romano cheeses, garlic, basil and garlic salt. mix well.
  • 4 add artichoke hearts and spinach. mix until blended.
  • 5 spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. pour in the dip and top with the mozzarella.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
  • 7 serve with toasted bread or tortilla chips.
