Gluten-free Strawberry Toast Cups

Ingredients
- 1 slice gluten free bread
- 1/2 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 strawberry, hulled
- whipped cream (optional)
Recipe
- 1 press the bread into an ungreased muffin cup and ensure it stays in place.
- 2 toast in a preheated 350* oven for 10-15 minutes until nicely browned.
- 3 meanwhile, heat the jam over low heat.
- 4 remove toast from muffin tin and place the strawberry in the centre.
- 5 brush with heated jam.
- 6 garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
- 7 enjoy!
