Gluten-free Strawberry Toast Cups

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 slice gluten free bread
  • 1/2 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1 strawberry, hulled
  • whipped cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 press the bread into an ungreased muffin cup and ensure it stays in place.
  • 2 toast in a preheated 350* oven for 10-15 minutes until nicely browned.
  • 3 meanwhile, heat the jam over low heat.
  • 4 remove toast from muffin tin and place the strawberry in the centre.
  • 5 brush with heated jam.
  • 6 garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
  • 7 enjoy!
