Skips Ultimate Grilled Cheese

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese or 2 slices swiss cheese (i use 1 sharp & 1 swiss)
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 dash dill weed, to taste
  • 1 dash parsley, to taste
  • 1 pickle, sliced or quartered
  • potato chips or french fries

Recipe

  • 1 coat one side of bread each with butter.
  • 2 place first slice in moderate skillet butter side down.
  • 3 add cheese slices.
  • 4 add spices to taste, not too much just a light dusting.
  • 5 add last slice of bread butter side up.
  • 6 grill until golden brown on both sides.
  • 7 serve with pickles, and fries or chips on side.
  • 8 variations; use different cheeses?
  • 9 american, swiss or swiss, provalone, or mozzarella,chedder.
  • 10 spices, use oregano or basil.
