Hole In The Wall

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 heat non stick skillet.
  • 2 tear a circle out of the center of bread.
  • 3 spread a very, very thin layer of mayo to both sides of bread.
  • 4 place the bread in the skillet; add a very small amount of butter in the hole.
  • 5 crack the egg into the hole in the bread.
  • 6 cook egg till set and bread is browned turn over and brown the other side and egg is done to your desire.
  • 7 salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
