Gluten-free, Yeast Free Bread Or Pizza Base

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free flour (your mix to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 chilled egg whites, whipped till peaks form
  • about 12 oz water
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (or 2 tsp lemon juice)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (or butter melted, if you can)

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to 190c.
  • 2 grease pan 10-12" loaf pan and line with paper.

  • 5 add the dry ingredients and sieve or mix thoroughly.
  • 6 measure your water, add the vinegar and oil to the water.
  • 7 whip your egg .
  • 8 dump water mix into flour, stir till well blended, work quickly and don't mix too long.
  • 9 fold in the egg
  • 10 pour mix into prepared pan
  • 11 cover, by making a foil lid with a fold in it for expansion. bake about 45 minutes
  • 12 when bread sounds hollow when tapped it is ready.
