Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  - Servings: 4
- 4 red potatoes 
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs 
- 1 teaspoon basil 
- 1 teaspoon parsley 
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 
- 1 teaspoon chili powder 
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano 
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese 
- 2 eggs 
- 3 teaspoons powdered milk 
Recipe
  - 1 slice potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 5 wedges 
- 2 combine breadcrumbs and seasonings in a bowl 
- 3 in a separate bowl, combine eggs and milk powder and mix well 
- 4 dip each wedge into egg mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture 
- 5 place breaded wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet or baking stone 
- 6 bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, flip wedges, and bake for 20 minutes more
