Kokee Cornbread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 lb butter, melted
  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup stone-ground cornmeal

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together eggs and milk.
  • 2 combine dry ingredients.
  • 3 add egg-milk mixture and melted butter.
  • 4 pour into a 9x13 pan.
  • 5 bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
