Easy Quick Homemade Bread And Biscuits

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or less depending on preference)
  • 3 (1/4 ounce) packages active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter substitute
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

  • 1 heat milk, sugar, salt, and butter substitute in small saucepan until butter melts and sugar dissolves.
  • 2 cool to lukewarm.
  • 3 dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed mixer bowl.
  • 4 add milk mixture and slowly add flour.
  • 5 mix for 1-2 minutes on speed 2.
