Skinny Minny Lemon Poppy Seed Bread (fruit Loop Bread)

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons lemons, zest of
- 2 lemons
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 squeeze juice from 2 lemons (you should get 1/3 cup). use the rinds to get your zest.
- 2 combine all ingredients and mix.
- 3 bake in an 8 inches loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray for 30 minute at 350.
