Potato Tuna Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (6 ounce) package au gratin potatoes
  • 1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained and chunked
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 prepare potatoes according to package directions. while potatoes are standing, stir in tuna and onion. arrange cooked broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish. pour tuna-potato mixture over broccoli; top with cheese. broil 3-4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
