Potato Chapathis/parathas

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 250 g flour
- salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes, until cooked.
- 2 peel, mash and add (whilst still hot) to the flour and salt.
- 3 knead into a soft but not sticky dough without adding any water.
- 4 roll out chapathis into 6" diameter rounds and cook on both sides on a griddle, drizzling with a spoonful of oil.
- 5 when golden in colour, remove from the griddle and serve immediately.
