Lou Ann's Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup green onions or 1/2 cup onion
- 3/4 cup bell pepper
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans whole corn (drain one)
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix (cook 1st & set aside)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup pimiento
Recipe
- 1 sauté onions & pepper in margarine.
- 2 add corn, crumbled cornbread, egg, sugar, & pimentos.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 pour in buttered casserole dish.
- 5 grate sharp or cheddar cheese on top.
- 6 bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
