- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) box cornbread mix
- 2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
Recipe
- 1 combine corn, egg, sour cream, margarine, and cornbread mix in bowl--mix well. pour into 2 quart casserole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until set and golden brown.
