Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- chopped tomato, garnish (optional)
- chopped green onion, garnish (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 place mixture in a pie pan.
- 4 bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
- 5 if you like top with tomatoes and green onions.
- 6 serve with pita bread, bagel toast, crackers or even tortilla chips.
