Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • chopped tomato, garnish (optional)
  • chopped green onion, garnish (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together.
  • 3 place mixture in a pie pan.
  • 4 bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
  • 5 if you like top with tomatoes and green onions.
  • 6 serve with pita bread, bagel toast, crackers or even tortilla chips.
