Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

Total Time: 25 hrs Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb crumbled sausage (mild med hot your choice)
  • 10 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 cups light cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 16 ounces cubed bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Recipe

  • 1 crumble and cook sausage and drain well until cooled.
  • 2 grease a 9x13 pan and line it with the bread cubes.
  • 3 top with the cheeses layering evenly across bread.
  • 4 in bowl mix sausage, eggs, onions, cream & seasonings well with a spoon and evenly spread over casserole.
  • 5 refridgerate covered overnight.
  • 6 bake for 1 hour at 350 or until brown.
