My Version Of 3 Minute(top Of Stove) Bay Scallops

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 lb bay scallop, drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large skillet.
  • 2 add garlic.
  • 3 toss in scallops and cook for about 2 minutes, until scallops are opaque, don't overcook.
  • 4 add lemon juice and toss.
  • 5 mix in bread crumbs until scallops are well coated.
