My Version Of 3 Minute(top Of Stove) Bay Scallops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 
- 1 lb bay scallop, drained 
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
-  seasoned bread crumbs 
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in large skillet. 
- 2 add garlic. 
- 3 toss in scallops and cook for about 2 minutes, until scallops are opaque, don't overcook. 
- 4 add lemon juice and toss.
