Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 slices italian bread
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 12 large fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
Recipe
- 1 bush one side of each bread slice with olive oil. place on work surface, oiled side down. top 4 bread slices with tomatoes, basil, provolone and feta.
- 2 cover with remaining bread slices, oiled side up and press together.
- 3 cook in panini press 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
