Feta, Tomato And Basil Grilled Cheese

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices italian bread
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 12 large fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

Recipe

  • 1 bush one side of each bread slice with olive oil. place on work surface, oiled side down. top 4 bread slices with tomatoes, basil, provolone and feta.
  • 2 cover with remaining bread slices, oiled side up and press together.
  • 3 cook in panini press 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
