Quick Pizza With Olives And Anchovies

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 495 g bread mix
  • flour, for rolling out
  • 250 g pizza sauce
  • 125 g fresh mozzarella cheese, ball sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30 g anchovies, drained
  • 3/4 cup pitted olive, green and black
  • olive oil, to drizzle

Recipe

  • 1 make bread dough according to pack instructions.
  • 2 knead for 5 minutes till dough feels smooth and springy.
  • 3 divide into two, roll out on lightly floured surface.
  • 4 make 2 large thin circles.
  • 5 lift these onto 2 baking sheets.
  • 6 spoon on pizza topping, spread thinly with back of spoon.
  • 7 top with cheese, anchovies and olives, drizzle oil over top.
  • 8 bake for 20 minutes at 190 c or temp suggested on bread pack.
