Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, heated and drained
- 1/3 cup thousand island dressing
Recipe
- 1 shape ground beef into 6 patties. grill or broil until done to your likeness.
- 2 top each burger with sauerkraut followed by a slice of cheese.
- 3 serve on rye bread slathered in thousand island dressing.
