Pineapple Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease a 1 quart baking dish.
  • 3 in a small bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and salt.
  • 4 add eggs, pineapple with juice. mix well.
  • 5 pour into baking dish, top with bread cubes, and dot with butter.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
