Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 6 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease a 1 quart baking dish.
- 3 in a small bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and salt.
- 4 add eggs, pineapple with juice. mix well.
- 5 pour into baking dish, top with bread cubes, and dot with butter.
- 6 bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
